To see a larger photo of any item and find out more information about it, click on either the small thumbnail photo or click on "Details."

Purchasing Products
Enter the quantity and/or available options and click on the "add to cart" button. The item will be added to your cart. Discounts will be automatically taken on the shopping cart checkout form if applicable. Before proceeding on to "checkout" you can change the contents of your cart by adding items, changing quantities or deleting an item. To delete an item from the shopping cart, click the "select" box on the right and click on "Delete."

Payment Methods
Payment options are located at the bottom of the customer information form in the checkout process. Orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

Credit Card payments are accepted via Paymate only. Enter your credit card number on the secure checkout form. You will see a small locked padlock in the lower right hand corner indicating a secure page.

Pay by Cheque in Australian dollars only - Choose the "Mailing Check" option at the bottom of the checkout page. Print out your order and enclose it with your cheque. Cheques made out to Robyn Brooks are accepted. There will be a $25.00 charge for all returned cheques.

Payment by money orders/International Postal Money Orders in Australian funds only, made out to Robyn Brooks, are accepted.

Credit card payments may be made through  Paymate's Secure Payment processors. We accept Visa and MasterCard. 

The shopping cart will direct you to the Secure Payment processor upon checkout and will send me an email message when your payment is made. The order will then be processed and mailed.

Shipping & Handling – Australia

10% of total up to the next $5 increment, minimum of $5.00, maximum of $12.00.

Items purchased from the “Painted Pieces” category  -- if the actual postage cost is higher than maximum of $12.00, you will be notified prior to shipment, as this can vary depending on delivery address and weight/volume of products purchased.

Shipping & Handling – International

20% of total up to the next $5 increment, minimum of $10.00, maximum of $18.00.

Items purchased from the “Painted Pieces” category – if the actual postage cost is higher than the maximum of $18.00, you will be notified prior to shipment, as this can vary depending on delivery address and weight/volume of products purchased.

Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment and are normally sent by Australia Post Airmail/International Airmail.

If you require Registered post or Express post, please contact me via e-mail.  These services will incur an extra cost.

Shipment may be delayed if I'm out of town, but will be sent as soon as possible upon my return.
